Reinforce What Matters: A Smarter Way to Build Your Career

If you’re a skilled tradesperson or someone who enjoys hands-on construction work, you already know the frustration of wasteful, inefficient building practices. Too often, structurally sound buildings are torn apart simply because a single wooden column has failed. At Anthem Built, we do things differently. We work with motivated professionals who want to do meaningful work by becoming certified installers and using Anthem Built systems to change how post-frame structures are repaired.

Anthem Built designs and installs specialized repair sleeves, column covers, repair sockets, and grade boards that restore strength to rotted wood columns without the time, cost, or disruption of full replacement. As a certified installer using Anthem Built products, you’re not just fixing a problem. You’re delivering smarter, safer, long-lasting solutions to customers across Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

Whether you have experience in post-frame construction, foundation repair, or general contracting, or you’re ready to grow your skills or business in a highly specialized trade with little competition, Anthem Built supports independent contractors and growing construction businesses like yours.

We offer the opportunity to build a stable, purpose-driven career in a growing niche of the construction industry.

Hands-On Work with Real Structural Impact

Anthem Built installers work on real-world structural solutions that protect buildings and extend their lifespan. Our projects are hands-on, technical, and rewarding. They are focused on reinforcing what already exists rather than tearing it down.

As an installer, your work will center around the following core services:

Column Repair

Installing patented steel repair sleeves and column covers that fit over deteriorated wooden posts to restore structural integrity without removing the existing column.

Foundation Replacement & Structural Stabilization

Supporting buildings during targeted foundation repairs, including the installation of repair sockets and grade boards to address ground-level deterioration.

New Construction Support

Installing preventative column protection systems during new post-frame construction to reduce future rot and extend the life of the structure from day one.

Product Installation & Integration

Working with Anthem Built products - including repair sleeves, column covers, repair sockets, and grade boards - to ensure precise fit, proper load transfer, and long-term performance.

Each project is different, which means your work stays engaging while building highly transferable skills in structural repair, precision installation, and post-frame construction systems.

The Structural Challenges You’ll Solve Every Day

Every Anthem Built installer plays a direct role in solving problems that property owners, farmers, and building managers face every day. These are not cosmetic fixes; these are structural challenges that matter.

You’ll regularly help address issues such as:

Costly Full Column Replacement

Traditional repairs require tearing apart walls and roofs. Anthem Built’s systems avoid that, saving customers time and money.

Disruption to Operations

Agricultural and commercial buildings often can’t shut down for weeks. Installers provide fast, minimally invasive repairs.

Built on Engineering, Experience, and Installer Respect

Anthem Built wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built in the field.

Anthem Built, LLC is a family- and friend-owned company based in Varna, Illinois — a small town of about 400 people in north-central Illinois. Since 1994, we’ve made our living building post-frame structures the same way most contractors do: digging holes, setting posts, climbing ladders, and solving problems on real jobsites.

For years, our focus was new construction. But around 2015, the calls started changing. More and more customers were asking the same question:

“Do you repair rotted-off poles?”

At the time, very few contractors were willing to take on those repairs. They were labor-heavy, disruptive, and inefficient using traditional methods. But we saw something different – a massive, underserved need and an opportunity to do the work better.

So we went to work.

Over the next several years, we developed and refined systems to repair and reinforce post-frame columns without tearing buildings apart. Those systems were tested, adjusted, and proven on our own jobs – often with two-person crews completing repairs in a single day, sometimes in just a few hours.

As demand grew, so did the calls – not just locally, but from across the country. Contractors from California to Maine, Florida to Texas wanted access to the same tools and methods. That’s when we made the decision to manufacture our own products, invest in engineering, and build a system we could stand behind.

Today, Anthem Built manufactures patented, proprietary post-frame repair products and supports certified installers nationwide. We still build. We still repair. And everything we provide to installers is rooted in real-world experience – not theory.

Engineered Products with Purpose

Our repair sleeves and column systems were created to solve problems we faced ourselves in the field.

Installer-Focused Systems

Every product is designed for efficient, accurate, and safe installation in real jobsite conditions.

Proven in the Real World

Our methods have been tested on hundreds of post-frame repairs, not just on paper.

Commitment to Quality & Safety

Structural integrity, proper installation, and installer safety come first.

Respect for the Trade

We support installers with training, tools, and systems because we understand the work - we’ve done it.

When you become a certified installer using Anthem Built systems, you’re aligning your business with a company built by builders who know exactly what it takes to get the job done right.

Common Questions from Future Installers

Is this a franchise or employment opportunity?

No. Becoming a certified installer is not a franchise and not an employment arrangement. You operate your own independent contracting business. Anthem Built provides the products, systems, training, and support — you control your business, your customers, and your pricing.

Are there ongoing fees or royalties?

No. There are no franchise fees, no royalties, and no percentage-of-revenue requirements. Installers purchase products and tools directly from Anthem Built at wholesale pricing and keep the revenue they earn from their projects.

What is required from the installer?

Installers are responsible for operating a properly structured and insured contracting business, providing standard construction equipment and tools, performing quality installations, and managing local marketing, sales, and customer relationships.

What types of buildings will I work on?

Installers work on pole barns, agricultural buildings, metal buildings, commercial structures, and other post-frame constructions.

Where does Anthem Built offer installer opportunities?

We service projects throughout Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
